Terms and Conditions


Most of the work is made to order and can take between 10-60 days depending on the work involved in the project and our workload at the time. If you have any questions about orders, then please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Import Tax

All customers are liable for the import duties on their goods if sent outside off the UK.

Shipping

Within the UK items are either sent RoyalMail Special Delivery or RoyalMail Signed For, depending on their value. Every delivery will require a signature. 

Deliveries outside of the UK are sent using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. This usually takes 5-7 days. Expedited shipping via DHL can be arranged and costs £40. This takes up to 3 days and again is tracked and requires a signature.

Refunds and Exchanges

We understand that purchasing online can be a leap of faith sometimes. For that reason if your purchase doesn't work out we will gladly refund the order.

If you wish to return an item you must get in touch immediately and the return needs to be dispatched within 14 days. To cancel an order you must get in touch within 24 hours of purchase.

Due to their nature, custom orders, personalised orders and earrings CANNOT BE REFUNDED, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Notification will be required within 24 hours of receipt if this is the case. We go to great lengths to ensure you know exactly what you are receiving with custom orders, if they turn out to be not quite right then get in touch and we will do our best to make any necessary changes. Some remodelling may incur further costs.

Ring sizing

The most accurate way of obtaining the correct ring size is to be measured at a jewellers. Most offer this service free of charge. Please do not use a piece of string. If you cannot get to a jewellers then affordable ring sizers can be purchased on line, although their accuracy can be variable.

Re-sizing of finished rings 

Most rings can be resized, but there are some exception. Please get in touch if you need the ring changing. Charges vary according to the work involved.

Repairs

Accidents happen.Get in touch if you need a repair to your jewellery. It is better to bring it back to us rather than take it elsewhere to be repaired. We understand our jewellery better than anyone and sometime third parties can cause more unwanted damage.  Charges will apply for repairs.

Jewellery is fragile and should be looked after accordingly. Please do not wear jewellery in high chemical environments like swimming pools or hot tubs and keep them away from household cleaning products. If you are undertaking very physical activities then it is always best to remove articles of jewellery. Delicate stones like emeralds, opals, pearls and turquoise need to be kept away from perfumes and cosmetics and opals should be kept away from water. Oxidisation can occur on most items, wearing your item is the best way to avoid this. When not being worn keep in a sealed box or bag.

Custom orders

We make a lot of custom orders and if you can't quite find what you are looking for then contact us and we can have a chat about making something bespoke for you. We can source stones and can offer a recycling service of existing jewellery items ( subject to discussion,not all items can be recycled.) If you have a specific budget, let us know and we may be able to tailor a piece to fit that constraint.

It is a great way to get something that is truly personal and we go to great lengths with models and photographs to ensure you are full confident with your order. Some custom order may be relisted in our shop and portfolio for future sales.

Pricing

Due to constantly fluctuating prices of metals and gemstones all of our prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order place on the website for any reason at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email if this is the case.
